UPON ARRIVAL: MANDATORY RECEPTIONIST PACKAGE 175 - This package guarantees your smooth check-in process and provides essential amenities such as dishwasher products, toilet paper, and thorough inspection of the arrival and departure areas in your presence. Additionally, all beds will be prepared for a comfortable sleep experience, just like in a hotel, complete with high-quality cotton bed linens for weekly rentals or disposable linens for weekend rentals. Accommodates:- Studio: 1 sofa bed for 2 people, 1 comfortable fireside chair for 1 person, and 1 comfortable folding bed for one person.
- New layout for Christmas 2014: a bedroom with a double bed, alcove with 2 bunk beds, bathroom with shower and washbasin, and a third separate toilet.
- Ground floor: bedroom with double bed, living room with 2 pullout sofas comfortable for 2 people each (it is recommended to use only one of the stowaways).
- Floor: mezzanine with a comfortable bed for one person and a bed pouf (comfortable mattress but small width, suitable for a child).
- A bedroom with a double bed and washbasin.
- A bedroom with a double bed and a single folding bed.
- A bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a baby bed.
- Complete baby equipment available upon request, including a small bathtub, changing table, park, high chairs, booster seat, toilet reducer, small pot, and stair barriers.
- On request, loan of a park and baby highchair.
- Common access to both parts: boiler room - technical room containing all appliances (fondue, raclette, table grill, waffle iron), large balcony with the possibility to eat in front of the Mont Blanc (suitable for 16 people).
- Outside: during the summer period, there is a barbecue (new as of 09/2017), a table, and adjoining benches allowing for dining for 16 people. Superior parking available in winter, with the possibility of lower parking in summer. Garage available for owners.

Super chalet
Nous avons loué le chalet pour une fête de famille et avons tous (15 personnes) été ravi: le chalet est super équipé avec du matériel de très grande qualité, il est très joliement décoré et vraiment très confortable. De plus il bénéficie d'une très belle vue sur le Mont-Blanc. Un petit ruisseau au fond du jardin... Idéal!
Directions
To reach St. Gervais, you have several options. By plane, you can fly into the nearest airport, Geneva or Lyon. If you prefer train travel, there is a direct TGV train from Paris to Le Fayet, which is only 4 kilometers away from the cottage. If you are driving, take the motorway white, which takes approximately 6 hours from Paris. Once you reach the cottage, you can easily access the ski resort in town by taking the free minibus provided by FACILIBUS. To avail this service, you need a TAD transport card, which can be obtained from the tourist office. With this card, you can enjoy 5 free rides per week on the minibus.
