La Casa Nova underwent restoration in 2004, reviving the old haylofts and transforming them into charming and comfortable apartments. Currently, we are delighted to offer two apartments that can accommodate a total of 4 to 6 guests. Each apartment features a bathroom, a stonebuilt kitchen, and a chimney. With typical furnishings like wooden roofs, tiled floors, and classic Italian design, you will truly experience the essence of Tuscan traditions. Additionally, the apartments are equipped with a double sofa bed and an additional flexible single bed.

The prices for each apartment, catering to 2 to 3 guests, are as follows:

- 60 euros per day
- 360 euros per week

These prices include breakfast, where you will find all the ingredients for an Italian-style breakfast in the kitchen. Furthermore, we provide informative tourist sheets and, for longer stays, weekly cleaning services.

Description for Gite

The origins of La Casa Nova can be traced back to the 11th century, when it served as a control tower in the picturesque Tevere valley. Over the years, it underwent a transformation and in the 17th century, it became a charming Country house with a unique "a corte chiusa" structure. The property was owned by the esteemed Cangi family, whose descendants still reside here today.

Recently, La Casa Nova has undergone restoration, particularly in its haylofts, which have been transformed into two separate and independent Bed & Breakfast apartments. These apartments offer guests a comfortable stay with the added bonus of being situated in front of one of the enchanting gardens. Here, visitors can revel in the serene tranquility, whether lounging on comfortable chairs or swaying in the hammock.

Beyond its accommodation offerings, La Casa Nova is also a thriving farm. It is home to a variety of farm animals and boasts lush fruit trees, vibrant flowers, and flourishing vegetable gardens. The property also cultivates crops and tobacco plants, all while producing exquisite, high-quality honey.
