This beautiful 25m2 studio is fully furnished and equipped with all the essentials. It includes a TV, fridge, oven, microwave, electric coffee maker, shower with hydro-massage nozzle, towel dryer, gas hob, ventilation, and a large closet.

The studio is brand new, completed in March 2013. It is available for short-term rentals, from one night up to a maximum of four months. The rental price is on a sliding scale, making it up to 70% cheaper than a hotel.

Located close to a beautiful park and a swimming pool, the studio also has convenient amenities nearby. There is a bus stop just 10 meters away, as well as a bakery and a fruit and vegetable meat merchant on the same street. The city center and shops are within walking distance.

Situated in the suburbs, parking and traffic are not a concern. The A75 motorway (Paris, Montpellier) is easily accessible, just 2 km away. Parking is available right in front of the studio, and there is also the option to rent a garage for 5 euros per day.

The studio is located in Riom, which is only a 10-minute drive from Clermont Ferrand and 5 minutes from Chatel Guyon.
