Description for B&B:

Welcome and greetings!

After honing my skills for more than 15 years in Marseille, where I specialized in preparing mouthwatering cassoulet and paella, my wife and I discovered the enchanting region of Cantal.

Following extensive research and dedicated efforts, we have now settled in the charming village of Mourjou, known for its delicious chestnuts. Our decision to establish ourselves here was driven by a desire to escape the chaotic urban lifestyle and embrace the tranquility of this region.

We are thrilled to invite you to our guesthouse, where you can indulge in the delightful flavors of the local cuisine, including traditional dishes like pounti, Cantal cheese, and tripe. Additionally, our expertise in cassoulet and paella will give you the opportunity to savor these delightful specialties.
