This urban and tranquil residential area gîte is conveniently located next to the owner's house. The ground floor features a spacious living room with a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen, as well as a WC with a washbasin and a linen room. On the upper floor, you will find a cozy first bedroom with a 140 bed, a second bedroom with two 90 beds, and a mezzanine with a sofa that can be converted into an extra bed for one person. There is also a bathroom with a WC. Stay connected with the provided WIFI internet connection. The living room opens up to a private outdoor area of 100 m², which includes a terrace, garden furniture, and deckchairs. Additionally, there are two parking spaces available, one in front of the gîte and another in the owner's courtyard, who reside next door. As a guest, you will have access to the owner's heated swimming pool, which is located on their property and faces their house's terrace. The pool is available for shared and common use from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. The all-inclusive prices cover everything except the tourist tax, including sheets, towels, pool towels, tea towels, heating, electricity, and end-of-stay cleaning. Please note that the pool is open from May to September. This accommodation is strictly non-smoking.
