The house also provides entertainment for children with toys and books. The large bay window in the living room overlooks the beautiful garden, and there is a spacious terrace of 45m² with garden chairs and a barbecue. The garden itself is well landscaped.

Upon your arrival, you will find a map and tourist information to help you explore the area. The house is conveniently located just 8 minutes from Rouen, known for its historic art. The highway is only 5 minutes away, providing easy access to the stunning Alabaster Coast within 45 minutes.
