Description: This spacious and comfortable cottage offers 80m² of living space. The interior is divided into two levels. On the ground floor, you will find a dining room, an open plan kitchen/lounge area measuring 45m². The lounge area features a sofa bed (160), a cozy fireplace, and two comfortable armchairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator-freezer, microwave oven, pyrolysis oven, mixed plate, and dishwasher. For entertainment, there is a color TV with DVD player. The cottage is equipped with electric heating, and a telephone with card access to France Telecom is provided. There is also a cellar with a private washing machine, dryer, cumulus (250l), and freezer storage.

Outside, there is a large covered terrace of 30m², perfect for enjoying the sunny weather. On the first floor, you will find a bedroom with a small balcony and a south-facing terrace measuring 25m². The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (160) and storage space including a desk and shelves. A cot is also available. The private bathroom is equipped with a sink, bidet, bathtub, and separate shower. There is a separate toilet.

The cottage also provides various amenities for your convenience, including a telephone with France Telecom card access, a satellite dish and cable demodulator (subject to staff and board), a barbecue, vacuum cleaner, garden furniture, baby equipment (bed cane and booster chair), and a microwave.

To access the destination, take the A64 exit toll for Lannemezan. From there, follow the signs for Arreau-D929 for a distance of 24 kilometers. Upon reaching Arreau, head towards the Place de la Mairie (Town Hall Square). Cross the bridge and take the first road on the right, which leads to Bareilles. At the Jézeaux intersection, keep to the right and continue towards Bareilles. Pass through the town of Is and continue for another 3 kilometers until you reach Pouy. Cross the bridge, find parking, and then take the first street on the left. The cottage is located at the bottom right. The nearest airport is Ossun, which is 70 kilometers away, and the nearest highway (A64, exit 16) is 25 kilometers away in Lannemezan.
