I have a lovely little cottage for rent in a charming hamlet located in Roussac, a town just 30 minutes away from Limoges and 15 minutes from Bellac. It is also close to the beautiful Lac de St Pardoux, where you can enjoy beaches, water sports, and a country market.

The cottage has recently been restored with great attention to authenticity. It offers a private terrace, a spacious living room with a fireplace, a kitchen that opens onto the garden, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. Upstairs, there is a mezzanine and two beautifully decorated bedrooms.

With the capacity to accommodate up to 5 people (plus a toddler), this cottage will provide a warm and relaxing atmosphere for your stay. Surrounded by numerous paths, you can explore the countryside by walking or cycling.

The cottage is available for rent throughout the year, and you can arrange the dates with the owners, who live next door. Whether you are looking for a week-long vacation or a weekend getaway, this cottage is the perfect choice.

As for the prices, we offer the following options:
- July/August: 300 euros per week
- Other months: 250 euros per week
- Throughout the year: 45 euros per night for two people, including a small breakfast.
