Description:

Description for B&B:

We offer a bed and breakfast option in our home, located approximately 1 km from the center of Biarritz (Clémenceau Square) and the beautiful beach.

The room is approximately 13m2 in size and includes a cupboard for your personal belongings. Adjacent to the room is a lounge area (20m2) with a TV (Canal+) for your enjoyment.

The spacious shower room (13m2) features an Italian-style shower with massaging jets, a sauna, and a massage armchair, all at your disposal. The toilet is separate.

You will have access to internet with a WIFI connection, and if you need any documents printed, we can provide a printer. A coffee and tea corner is also available for your convenience.

The swimming pool is heated from May 1st to October 30th, and includes a swim-against-the-current feature and a jacuzzi corner for your relaxation.

There are various shops nearby, and within a 15-minute walk, you can reach the city center with its beaches, shops, bars, restaurants, and the picturesque Biarritz market.

We are located 1.5 km from the "phare" golf course and less than 1 km from the Aguillera stadium, where you will find tennis courts.

Bus stops are close by, allowing for easy transportation to the city center and surrounding areas such as Bayonne and Anglet. We are also just 5 minutes away from the train station, airport, and highway, with easy access to Spain.

Parking is available in front of the house.

If you require laundry services during your stay, we can provide a washing machine for an additional fee, and ironing can be done by yourself.

The entrance is separate and we offer a welcome gift for stays of 3 nights or more. Prices vary according to the season, and a tourist tax is not included.

Your hosts, Dominique and Philippe, are available to provide advice on outings, restaurants, golf, and other attractions in the region, ensuring your stay is as enjoyable and family-friendly as possible.

Please note that we do not allow pets as we have a young Labrador who does not have access to the floor where your room is located.
