This delightful studio apartment is situated on the first floor of a peaceful street, just a short walk away from Beaubourg SQUARE and the George Pompidou Museum.

The studio is tastefully furnished with a comfortable double bed and a standing wardrobe. Bedding and linen are provided for your convenience, and there is an iron and ironing board available as well.

The bathroom features a shower, toilet, towel heater, and a hair dryer. In the fully equipped kitchen, you will find a refrigerator, vitroceramic plate, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, dishes, and a small table with 2 chairs.
