This holiday home on the Ile de la Barthelasse is conveniently located just 3 minutes away from the center of Avignon and its festival. It offers a peaceful atmosphere and is perfect for a relaxing getaway.

The ground floor of the house features a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy dining lounge with a fireplace, a convenient toilet, and a cellar.

On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms with comfortable double beds (140 cm) and one bedroom with two single beds (90 cm). The bathroom includes a bathtub, and there is a separate toilet.

Outside, you can enjoy a beautiful flower garden with a deck, garden furniture, and a barbecue.

Additional amenities are available upon request, such as towels for €10 per person, bed sheets for €15 per bed, and a final cleaning service for €50.

Please note that this is a joint house with the owners.
