Situated on the first floor of a beautifully restored Gascon building, this apartment has been completely renovated while still respecting traditional aesthetics and ensuring maximum comfort. Originally the stables of a nearby castle, the apartment offers stunning views of the pool, fields, and woods, with breathtaking sunsets that create a rich tapestry of color and emotion.

The apartment, measuring 80 m², is designed to accommodate 4 to 5 people. It features direct access to a balcony, with one bedroom offering a double bed (160x200) and another bedroom with two beds (90x200). The bathroom includes a tub, shower, and heated towel rail, while a separate WC adds convenience. The large, bright living room encompasses a dining area, lounge, and a spacious kitchen area. The lounge is furnished with comfortable armchairs, a coffee table, TV, and there is also a sofa bed.
