Escape to the tranquil countryside of Lot-et-Garonne and experience the charm of our rustic home with wooden sides. Nestled on the border of Perigord Agen, our location is perfect for exploring the region's castles, houses, and indulging in its gastronomy, including the famous foie gras and delightful wines like Duras and Buzet. Our spacious cottage comfortably accommodates up to 11 guests, with an additional Annex Chalet for 2, making it ideal for groups of up to 13 people. Unwind on the expansive 45m² terrace or take a refreshing dip in the above ground wooden pool, soaking in the breathtaking panoramic views.

As a CLESVACANCES approved gîte with a 3cls label for environment and fisheries, our property offers modern amenities such as a bathroom with a hydro massage shower, allowing you to enjoy the benefits of water therapy. For ultimate relaxation, we also offer on-site "well-being" massages at an additional cost. During the season, our prices are flexible based on the number of occupants.

Nature enthusiasts will delight in the various outdoor activities available nearby, including hiking, mountain biking, fishing just 2 km away, golf, tennis, and horseback riding. Explore the picturesque Lot, d'Aiguillon, and Cahors on the baize or venture along the scenic canal de Garonne. Don't miss the opportunity to savor the gourmet delights of the region, such as foie gras and wines from renowned cellars in Buzet, Duras, Bergerac, and Saint Emilion. Our cottage is open throughout the year, and our prices vary according to the seasons and the number of guests (excluding high season). Magnifique maison confortable avec vue sur la campagne. Très grande terrasse avec une immense table où on peut manger en famille. Lieu idéal pour un séjour de détente avec piscine privée. Très agréable séjour avec le chant des oiseaux. Super endroit pour découvrir les environs. L'hôte est très accueillante et arrangeante. Je recommande vivement ce gîte.
