Step outside onto the private terrace (36 sqm) with a breathtaking sea view. This is the perfect spot to enjoy your breakfast on sunny days or warm up by the room's wood fire in winter. Our stone house is nestled in the middle of acres of wooded hillside, offering a peaceful and quiet location. We are located just 1 km from the sandy beach and shops, with no overlooking neighbors.

If you have a baby, we can provide a cot upon request. You will have access to private parking on the property, including a garage. If you are a group of 4, we have a second bedroom available, making the bathroom a shared space. The total area for this option is 42 m², including the terraces. The price for 2 bedrooms is 106 per night.

Hikers are always welcome, and Kathy and Patrick are happy to guide you through the beautiful hills of Maures, using only trails and "drailles". Bikers are also welcome, especially those interested in vintage motorcycles. Patrick has a passion for them!

Our breakfasts are included in the price, and we also offer a dinner option for an additional fee of 28 per person.

For a rental for 2 people, we have a lovely room (28 m²) with a private bathroom and toilet. The total area is 35 m², with a large terrace (36 m²) facing the hill, offering a sea view and a lounge area. There is no garden overlooking the room. You will have access to private parking on the property, as well as TV (TNT) and wifi. The tray with a kettle is also provided, and breakfast is included. The price for 2 people is 78 per night, 75 from 3 nights, and 70 per night for a week.

For a rental for 4 people, we have 2 bedrooms with 1 bathroom and toilet. The total area is 51 m², with a large private terrace (36 m²) facing the hill and equipped with garden furniture. There is no overlooking garden. You will have access to private parking on the property, as well as TV (DTT) in one of the rooms. The tray with a kettle and wifi are provided in both rooms. Breakfast is included. The price for 4 people is 105 per night, 100 from 3 nights, and 98 per night for a week.

In the evening, Kathy will be delighted to prepare tasty dishes for dinner at an all-inclusive price of 21 per person.

Kathy and Patrick welcome you to their passion-built stone house, surrounded by acres of hillside and located just 1 km from the sea. Their four cuddly donkeys add to the peaceful and calming atmosphere. This is the perfect place to relax after a period of intense activity. Whether you are a horseback rider or prefer walking, hiking, or biking, you will love exploring the trails and drailles of Maures. Bikers are also welcome, as Patrick shares the same passion for motorcycles.

Our rooms range from 14 to 28 m² and are designed for 2 people. Each room is located on the south side, offering a large terrace and a garden with a sea view and views of the hill. We provide a tray with a kettle and wifi in every room. One room has a private bathroom and TV, with a total area of 38 m² and a terrace. The price for this room is 78 . Another room has a bathroom located in the hallway, shared with a second room, with a total area of 46 . The price for this room is 59 . If you prefer, you can rent both bedrooms with the shared bathroom, with a total area of 51 m² and a terrace of 36 m².
