With its convenient proximity to Chartres, only 15 minutes away, our establishment is the perfect base for exploring the surrounding area.

Nathalie and Dominique are delighted to welcome you to our lovingly restored former stables, which have been transformed into three comfortable and characterful rooms. Each room boasts its own private bathroom and offers independent access on the ground floor, making it easily accessible for guests with reduced mobility.

To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all, we kindly request that pets are not allowed and our rooms are strictly non-smoking. Additionally, we provide secure closed parking for your convenience.

Description for Gite

This fully renovated 60 m2 barn offers a spacious and inviting living space. The ground floor features a living/dining room with high cathedral ceilings that opens up to a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, microwave, cooker, fridge/freezer, and a flat screen TV. Additionally, there is a comfortable bedroom with a 160-sized bed and a bathroom with a toilet. Upstairs, there is a mezzanine area with two single beds (90-sized).

Outside, the gite offers a private enclosed patio with a wooden terrace, complete with garden furniture, a barbecue, and parking. From the patio, guests can enjoy a view of the enclosed pool area.

For added convenience, the gite includes electric heating and offers linen rental and cleaning services upon request. Furthermore, the accommodation is accessible to individuals with reduced mobility.

Originaire dIlliers-Combray et habitant en Bretagne, jai trouvé le gîte parfait pour venir visiter ma famille en Eure-et-Loir. Je vous recommande vivement ce gîte très agréable et au calme. Nathalie, la propriétaire des Logis du Breuil, est une personne dune grande gentillesse et surtout très discrète. Le gîte est très bien équipé, spacieux, que ce soit au niveau de la pièce de vie, de la chambre à coucher et de la salle de bain. Nous avons beaucoup aimé laccès au jardin par la terrasse à labri des regards. Lentrée privative dans la cour du gîte est très rassurante pour garer sa voiture. A lavenir, nous y séjournerons dès que nous reviendrons en Eure-et-Loir.
