THE BUIS is situated in the western suburbs of Paris, conveniently near Versailles and the Rambouillet forest. It boasts a stunning park spanning 7000 m2, complete with a forested area and majestic old trees. The park also features charming boxwood balls, meticulously sculpted topiary, and paths lined with fruit trees. A small river winds its way through the trees, nourished by a picturesque waterfall. Adding to the allure is a large pool adorned with a statue, as well as a greenhouse showcasing suspended grapes. We invite you to discover the enchantment of this magical place. Additional amenities include a beautiful swimming pool, clay tennis courts, a petanque bowling area, a spacious paved courtyard, a children's garden, and a charming old barn, all contributing to the romantic ambiance that will surely create unforgettable memories.

Our rates include a delightful French breakfast, access to the pool with pillows and towels, use of the clay tennis courts depending on weather conditions, access to golf balls, exploration of the park, forest, and all the hidden corners, as well as use of the fair and winter pool.

Check-in time is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is required by 11:00 AM. To secure a reservation, a 50% deposit is required, which can be paid in cash or through bank transfer.

We offer three unique rental spaces for your convenience. First is THE LOFT, which provides a private staircase granting access to a spacious 160 m2 area suitable for 1-4 guests. It includes two bedrooms (one double and two single beds that can be combined), a large living room with a television, a bathroom, and a toilet. The flooring consists of warm materials such as wood, seagrass, and tiles, creating a cozy atmosphere. The second option is The WHITE ROOM, located on the first floor and equipped with one double bed (160), a bathroom, a toilet, and a television. Lastly, we have The HOUSE, an independent space featuring two bedrooms (one double bed and two single beds that can be combined), a lounge area with a fireplace, a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, a toilet, and a television. The overall décor exudes warmth, incorporating natural materials in shades of moles, beige, and wood.

Guests can park their cars or luxury collections in the town hall parking lot courtyard.

Pricing details are as follows: The White Room costs 150 for one person and 180 for two people. The Loft with one bedroom is priced at 300, with an additional room available for 150. The Cottage is available for 250 with one room, and an extra room can be added for 120.

For those seeking relaxation and rejuvenation, we offer a spa facility. The rates are 30 for one person, 50 for two people, and 60 for three or four individuals.
