Description:

Description for B&B:

Our site can be best described with the keywords tranquility, nature, privacy, and comfort. Located in the Quercy region of France, Pech Blanc offers a unique and special experience. The Quercy region is a rugged and hilly plateau, covered mostly in dense forests and limestone. The river Lot and its contributing streams, Célé and Vers, have carved deep gorges through this beautiful landscape. Despite its breathtaking beauty, the Quercy remains undiscovered by most tourists, earning its reputation as the forgotten district even within France. This makes it the ideal destination for nature lovers seeking a peaceful retreat.

The area boasts an extensive network of footpaths and offers ample opportunities for horse riding. Exploring the Quercy by car or motorcycle allows visitors to discover hidden gems and experience the region's charm. There are many notable sites worth visiting, and numerous activities to enjoy.

At Pech Blanc, we have restored a traditional stone-built barn to provide comfortable accommodation. The barn features four spacious bedrooms and a breakfast/dining room. Two of the bedrooms are conveniently located on the ground floor, while the other two are on the first floor. The rooms include three double rooms and a family room suitable for three people. We have also made one room wheelchair accessible. All the rooms are generously sized, ranging from 23-28 m², and are equipped with central heating, private bathrooms, and televisions. The combination of thick stone walls and modern insulation ensures a comfortable stay year-round, with cool summers and warm winters. The ground floor rooms have independent entrances, while the first-floor rooms are accessed via a shared staircase. All entrances, including the dining room, open onto a central courtyard. The main farmhouse, garage, and various outbuildings surround this charming space.

Our dining room features an inviting open fire, creating a cozy atmosphere. Additionally, we have transformed a large hangar into a beautifully decorated lounge area where guests can enjoy drinks and dinner with us, if desired.

Excellente adresse. Un accueil super sympa par Marie José et Wouter pour notre petit WE moto dans cette région magnifique qu'est le Quercy. Merci à eux d'avoir redonné vie à ces vieilles pierres situées dans une nature superbe.
Très sympa et reposant !
