There is also a TV and a small enclosed courtyard with garden furniture at the rear for relaxation. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Additionally, there is a folding extra bed available if needed. This non-smoking accommodation does not allow pets.

The detached house, known as "LA BOUTIQUE", has been restored to provide a comfortable stay. It is nestled in the heart of a small and quiet hamlet in the countryside, located in the village of Meyraguet. The house is only 5 minutes away from Lacave and 15 minutes from Rocamadour, in the Causse du Parc Regional du Quercy and the beautiful tourist site of the Dordogne valley. From the house, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the cliffs that border the Dordogne River, which is only 400m away and perfect for fishing and swimming. There are plenty of activities to enjoy in the area, including hiking trails, GR6, fortified mills, chasms, canoeing, tree climbing, and farmers markets, ensuring an unforgettable vacation.

The house is conveniently located 10 minutes from the Souillac highway exit. It features a ground floor and an upper floor, as well as an interior courtyard with garden furniture, a parasol, a barbecue, and heating for your comfort.

The price per person for more than 2 guests is an additional 10. There is also a tourist tax of 0.77 per person per night, and the house is classified with 1 star. A 50% deposit is required upon booking, and the balance is due upon arrival. A security deposit of 400 is also required when taking possession of the premises. Check-in is on Saturdays from 3 p.m., and check-out is before 11 a.m. Additional cleaning services are available for 40, and winter heating is available for 25 per week. Linen is not provided, but a linen supplement for sheets and towels is available for 10.
