I have a private room available for rent measuring 13 square meters. It is conveniently situated just a 10-minute drive from the Zoo de la Flèche and a 5-minute walk from the military prytanée. Additionally, it is only a 30-minute drive from the Bugatti circuit of the 24 Hours of Le Mans. This independent room is located on the ground floor of a house and offers direct access to a furnished and sunny terrace. The area is peaceful and located in the city center, with the added benefit of free parking. The room includes a flat screen TV and linen supplies. Please note that animals are not allowed.
