Nestled just 2 km from the charming village of Salignac-Eyvigues, this magnificent property offers a lively market square, grocery shops, and fine dining options. Immerse yourself in the rich history and culture of the region, with Sarlat la Canéda and the renowned Lascaux caves within a short 15-minute drive.

Indulge in the lavish amenities of our estate, including a spacious heated outdoor pool, sauna, and six double bedrooms, each featuring their own ensuite bathrooms and air conditioning. The 70m2 living/dining room and professional kitchen provide ample space for relaxation and entertainment. With a capacity to comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests, our Manor house is available for Bed and Breakfast reservations or as a private 5-star holiday home, as accredited by the Dordogne tourist board.

For larger groups, our neighboring luxury villa, Beaux Reves, classified as 5-star as well, offers three bedrooms and a private pool, accommodating up to seven people. Combined, both properties can cater to a total of 21 guests.

The Manor house has recently undergone extensive renovations, featuring top-quality materials, new bathrooms, and stunning stone floors throughout the ground floor. Every corner is tastefully furnished, ensuring your stay is nothing short of comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable.

Within a short distance of 400 meters, you will find The Black Duck, a charming Irish/French pub and restaurant, serving delectable lunch and dinner options along with refreshing Guinness on tap. The outdoor terrace offers breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. Additionally, there are a plethora of excellent restaurants just a short drive away, with Sarlat boasting a myriad of culinary delights.

As a British/Swedish couple residing nearby, we are readily available to provide advice and recommendations on places to visit. Should you desire, we are happy to make reservations on your behalf. Freshly baked croissants and bread from the local boulangerie can also be delivered upon request. Furthermore, we can arrange for a skilled French chef to prepare and serve meals in our Manor house should you choose to self-cater.
