Located in the peaceful hamlet of St Pardoux, just a stone's throw away from Tour d'Auvergne and its convenient amenities (including a mini market, bakery, butcher, tobacco/newspaper shop, bars, restaurants, garage/service station, medical office, pharmacy, bank, and local producers of cold cuts and cheeses), this charming house is available for weekly rental. Situated at an altitude of 1100m, the house offers stunning views of the church, as well as the Cantal and Sancy mountains.

Nearby attractions include a swimming lake, only 600m away and awarded the Blue Flag certification. For winter sports enthusiasts, there are several options within close proximity, such as alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, sledding, snowshoeing, and even dog sledding. The popular ski resorts of LA STELE (5 min), CHASTREIX SANCY (10 min), MONT DORE (25 min), and SUPER BESSE (30 min) are easily accessible. Additionally, there are spa towns like LA BOURBOULE (15 min) and MONT DORE (20 min) nearby. Nature lovers will appreciate the abundance of hiking trails, waterfalls, and lakes in the area.

The ground floor of the house features a spacious living room with a large table and benches, a traditional cantou fireplace with storage space for jackets and ski suits, and an area to store ski equipment. There is also a comfortable seating area with a 92cm LCD TV, a convertible corner sofa (which can accommodate two additional guests), a bench seat, and a coffee table. The fully equipped kitchen includes a 200L fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, ceramic hob, extractor hood, electric oven, dishwasher, and ample storage space. All necessary crockery is provided. The ground floor also includes a bathroom with a washbasin and shower, as well as a separate toilet.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with double beds (140x190 cm) and one bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm). Mattresses, pillows, and duvets are provided, but guests must bring their own bed linen. Each bedroom has its own wardrobe, and there is an additional separate toilet on this floor.

This chalet is non-smoking and pets are allowed under certain conditions.

Pricing:
- High season: 550 Euros per week. This includes Christmas, February/March (school holidays), and July/August (school holidays).
- Mid season: 450 Euros per week. This includes May/June and September.
- Low season: 350 Euros per week. This applies to the rest of the year.
- Weekend stays of 2 nights or more are available during the off-season for 250 Euros.
- Spa package: 800 Euros for a 3-week stay.
- Tourist tax: 0.7 Euros per person per day, with children under 18 exempt.
