Welcome to the beautiful area of Bruille Saint Amand, where you will find the Le Spartiate cottage situated on a spacious one-hectare property. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a convenient car park.

As you step inside the cottage, you will be amazed by the cozy living room, featuring a magnificent kitchen equipped with a grand piano and a wood stove, which also serves as a heating source during the winter months. Adjacent to the kitchen is a charming dining room, complete with two large wooden tables and benches, perfect for hosting seminars or private events. Additionally, there is a lounge area where you can unwind and enjoy the breathtaking scenery.

Connected to the main living area is a meeting room, ideal for accommodating up to 16 individuals. This versatile space can also be utilized to cater to larger crowds during private events, with a mandatory rental requirement for a minimum of 20 people and a maximum capacity of 45 individuals for weddings.

On the opposite side of the cottage, you will find four spacious rooms, each comfortably accommodating four people with four single beds, boasting excellent quality mattresses. Each room is equipped with its own bathroom, and the cottage also features four toilets for your convenience. Furthermore, there is a generously sized terrace, furnished with outdoor seating, where you can bask in the sunshine.

The cottage provides crockery for up to 20 people, and if you require the use of the meeting room in addition to renting the cottage, there is an additional fee of 190. Please note that this is mandatory for groups exceeding 20 people but not exceeding 45 people.

Lastly, rest assured that there are various shops available in the nearby village, including a bakery, butcher, newsagent, tobacco shop, and pharmacy. To ensure a hassle-free departure, a final cleaning service is available starting from 75.

Directions

Travel directions from Lille to Spartiate:

Start at 1 rue des chorettes, 59199 Bruille Saint Amand.

Use the GPS coordinates 3.52605400 longitude and 50.44637500 latitude.

Take the direction towards Valenciennes.

Take Exit n° 4 for Saint-Amand Thermal. If the exit is closed, take Exit n° 6, go under the highway, and then take the exit for Saint Amand waters.

After exiting at 4, turn left. At the fork, take the right turn, cross a railway, and then stop.

Turn right.

At the roundabout, take the third road towards Condé sur Escaut.

Continue on the road "roundabouts".

Pass by Leclerc and The Pasino.

Pass several roundabouts.

At the large roundabout, take the first exit towards Condé Sur Escaut, Bruille Saint Amand on the right.

If you reach the roundabout with the water bottle of Saint-Amand, you have gone too far. Make a U-turn and turn left.

Continue in the direction of Condé sur Escaut.

After approximately 4 km, you will reach Bruille Saint Amand.

From the sign for Saint Amand Bruille, take the second right. There will be a sign for The Spartiate (road in the bend in front of the town hall).

You will then reach Odomez.

From this point, take the second right at a small square. If you go back into the forest, you have gone too far.

Continue on the street almost until the end, and the cottage Spartan will be visible below on your right.
