The cottage features an enclosed garden with a lovely terrace, garden area, and barbecue for outdoor relaxation.On the ground floor, you will find a spacious and fully-equipped kitchen spanning 16 m². This kitchen includes two sinks with drainers, a 12-place dishwasher, a 5-burner gas cooker, a refrigerator with a freezer, an oven and microwave, a coffee maker, and various other utensils. Additionally, there is a utility area with a washing machine, dryer, storage shelves, an ironing board, and a steam iron.
The cottage boasts a generous living area of 60 m², divided into a cozy lounge and a dining room. Here, you can unwind while enjoying the color TV and DVD player. The lounge area features comfortable leather seating, while the dining room is furnished with a large table capable of accommodating 10 to 12 people.
The cottage also features a stylish epoxy-finished upper floor.
