Additionally, there is a utility area with a washing machine, dryer, storage shelves, an ironing board, and a steam iron.

The cottage boasts a generous living area of 60 m², divided into a cozy lounge and a dining room. Here, you can unwind while enjoying the color TV and DVD player. The lounge area features comfortable leather seating, while the dining room is furnished with a large table capable of accommodating 10 to 12 people.

The cottage also features a stylish epoxy-finished upper floor.
