Located near a charming town in Lot and Garonne, and in close proximity to the castle of Bonaguil, Florence and Eric invite you to their stunning property made of white stone. They have meticulously designed a delightful 25 m2 studio, perfect for two people, equipped with all the necessary comforts. The studio features a cozy 160x200 bed, a kitchenette with a fridge-freezer, induction stove, mini oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dining area, lounge area, TV, internet, CD radio, and a bathroom complete with shower and toilet.

Additionally, guests are welcome to take a refreshing dip in the 6m x 11m swimming pool. The property also offers access to a summer kitchen with a dining area and barbecue facilities. For those who enjoy outdoor activities, there is a football field and bocce court available. The property is set within a 2.3-hectare park, which is home to adorable pygmy goats and an orchard filled with fresh fruits. Guests can conveniently park their vehicles in the parking area or carport, and a garden is available for relaxation. Please note that pets are welcome, subject to certain conditions which can be discussed during the booking process.

Linen, towels, pool towels, and bed linen are provided and included in the rental price. Additionally, a baby cot with a high chair, as well as a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron, are available upon request. Florence and Eric are dedicated to ensuring their guests have a comfortable stay and are happy to assist with any additional needs.

Meals and breakfast can be provided by the hosts upon request.
