Accommodating up to 6 guests, this charming gite offers a cozy retreat with 3 bedrooms (all located upstairs), and a shared bathroom. With a total area of 90m2, the gite is situated amidst breathtaking mountain views and surrounded by a vast 18-hectare landscape of oak trees, streams, and rolling meadows. Guests can enjoy the company of horses, relax on the terraces, take a dip in the private pool, or even bake bread in the traditional oven. For entertainment, there is a table tennis table available. The wide open field invites guests to embrace the outdoor life, whether it be unwinding, celebrating, or simply enjoying a warm and friendly atmosphere. Hosted by Gitte and Jochen, who are fluent in three languages, guests can benefit from their local knowledge, assistance with organizing outings, and childcare services. All necessary amenities can be found in the nearby village, while the region offers numerous sports and cultural activities. The studio within the gite offers the same level of comfort as the main cottage, complete with a day room featuring a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, and a shower room with a toilet. The ground floor of the gite is available for rent separately at a rate of 270 to 350 euros per week. For weekend rentals, please contact us directly. Gîte très sympa. Sommes venus deux semaines à 10, plusieurs générations confondues. Bel accueil, présence discrète, grande liberté. Nous avons beaucoup profité de la piscine avec ces grandes chaleurs. Gîte très bien équipé. Tout y est même l'éplucheur à pommes ou le mixer! Le Bonheur! Merci

1. Start from Toulouse on highway A64, heading towards Pau Tarbes.
2. Take exit number 27 for Carbonne.
3. Follow road D627 towards Montesquieu-Volvestre.
4. Upon reaching Montesquieu-Volvestre, take the first exit at the roundabout towards the town center.
5. Proceed straight through the village, passing by the church and market square.
6. Continue on road D40bis, heading towards Latour.
7. After approximately 5 kilometers, the road will start to ascend and you will encounter an S-curve.
8. Look out for an old garage on the right-hand side.
9. In front of the garage, there will be a yellow sign indicating "Camping à la ferme La Communion."
10. Follow this path until the end, where it leads directly to the house.
