Situated conveniently between the beautiful city of Annecy and the renowned ski resorts of La Clusaz, Grand-Bornand, and Manigod, our accommodation offers the perfect base for both winter sports enthusiasts and nature lovers. Enjoy the comforts of our spacious living room, fully-equipped kitchen, and entertainment amenities such as TV and Hi-Fi. Rest assured with the convenience of private parking on our premises. Additionally, we offer the possibility of extending our accommodation to comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.

Description for Gite

We have a charming apartment (74m²) available for up to 6 guests. The authentic and tasteful decoration creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, ensuring a friendly stay. As an added bonus, you will have the opportunity to experience life on our farm during your visit.

The apartment features two separate bedrooms, one furnished with a 160-size bed and the other with a combination of a 160-size bed and two 90-size beds. Duvets and covers are provided, and your beds will be made prior to your arrival.

For your convenience, there is a separate toilet and a spacious walk-in shower with a hair dryer available. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and vacuum cleaner.

You will have access to parking and a private courtyard, as well as ski facilities and a lawn area for children to play.

Directions

Take Exit A41 and head towards A40 NORD. Take the ANNECY exit and follow the signs for Thônes and Aravis resorts (D909). At the roundabout in Thônes, continue towards La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand. After 1 km, cross the raised bridge and then make a left turn across from the Renault garage.
