This charming apartment features a terrace for your use, complete with a BBQ. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a microwave, allowing you to prepare your meals comfortably. The living area includes a 160x200 divan bed for one person, a flat screen TV, and WIFI for your entertainment needs. Additionally, we provide all the essential ingredients for a delicious breakfast, such as coffee, tea, chocolate, milk, butter, and jam. Bed linen and towels are also provided for your convenience.In terms of transportation, the apartment is conveniently located near various options:
- The nearest metro station, Claude Nougaro, is just 400 meters away, accessible via Line B.
- There is a bus stop only 30 meters from the apartment.
- If you prefer walking, it takes approximately 20 minutes to reach the Capitol.
For guests arriving at Blagnac airport, a shuttle service is available to transport you to the city center, either to Matabiau station (1km from the apartment) or Metro Compans Cafarelli. From there, it is just a short distance of 2 metro stations to reach Compans Cafarelli.

Renovated and cozy T1 apartment located in the charming Minimes neighborhood of Toulouse. Situated on a quiet street with detached houses, this apartment offers a tranquil setting. The city center is conveniently close, with the Juniors district offering a variety of shops. The subway station, "Minime Claude Nougaro," is only 350m away, providing easy access to the heart of Toulouse in just 8 minutes.The apartment features an open-plan kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and all necessary cooking utensils. There is a separate bedroom with a comfortable 160x200 bed, as well as a single sofa bed in the living area. Other amenities include a flat-screen TV, WiFi, iron and ironing board, and a hairdryer. A parking space will be reserved for you in front of the house.
You can also enjoy the garden and terrace, complete with a barbecue, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. We provide guides to explore Toulouse and a selection of restaurants offering various cuisines, including gastronomic, regional, vegetarian, and seafood options.
Public transportation options include the nearby subway station (Line B), a bus stop just 30m away, and "Velib" bike rental stations. Central yet tranquil
We wanted to explore the Canal du Midi, the Canal Lateral and the city of Toulouse, and this house is perfect for that. So central to everything, yet in the garden it's like being in the country. We spent six wonderful days with Joelle and Hubert.

Petit appartement très calme qui offre tout le confort qu'il faut pour passer un excellent séjour à Toulouse. Parfait comme lieu étape pour faire un tour de vélo au Canal du Midi.

Séjour sur Toulouse de 2 jours, appartement très agréable avec toutes les commodités, dans une belle propriété ou nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse pour des petits apéros...après de belles visites de la ville "rose". Propriétaires très charmants et de bons conseils.

Accueil très chaleureux.En outre on sent la recherche du détail pour le bien-être des hôtes. Rien ne manque.Quartier calme et bien situé tout proche du métro.Nous reviendrons et recommandons ce "nid douiilet"très agréable.

Magnifique ! un petit appartement ou rien ne manque et la propreté est au rendez-vous. On se sent immédiatement comme chez soi et la possibilité de pouvoir profiter de la terrasse et du joli jardin, ne fait que confirmer ce sentiment. Nous sommes accueilli avec bienveillance et chaleur, les propriétaires sont disponibles pour vous rendre un agréable séjour. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir.
