This charming guest house, designed in a cozy "marine style", is situated in a peaceful garden and offers complete independence. It boasts a spacious teak terrace with a sheltered Jacuzzi, perfect for relaxation. Additionally, guests have access to a beautiful pool area and landscaped garden within the Domaine.

Perfect for couples seeking a break, this private house also includes a small gym with a full weight bench. The studio itself is approximately 35m2 in size and features a well-appointed bathroom with an Italian shower and separate WC. Reversible climate control ensures comfort throughout your stay.

We have paid special attention to the Queen size bed, ensuring it is exceptionally comfortable, complemented by duck down Hostellerie pillows. Ample storage space, a refrigerator, coffee maker, and kettle are also provided for your convenience.

Should you desire, we offer a brunch service upon request, as well as the option to order dinner at your convenience. The teak terrace is the perfect spot to unwind, with the Jacuzzi available for your relaxation after a day at the beach or exploring the area. Feel free to enjoy a drink on the terrace as well.

If desired, we are happy to provide "extra" services to enhance your stay. Whether it's organizing a day trip to the Lerins Islands on a private boat or making a reservation at a top-notch restaurant, we are dedicated to making your stay as special as possible. Please note that this rental is limited to two adults, although well-behaved four-legged companions are welcome. (We have two dogs.)

We are here to assist you in planning your itinerary and ensuring your stay on the French Riviera is truly unforgettable. We can provide recommendations for restaurants, private beaches, and even private boat trips to the Lerins Islands. Please note that this accommodation is not suitable for children or babies, and smoking, parties, and events are not permitted.

Check-in time is between 15:00 and 21:00, and check-out is required by 11:30.
