Experience the irresistible charm and genuine authenticity of our guest rooms at Resnel Fountain. Situated just 600 meters from the beach, each room offers external independent access, ensuring a bright and comfortable stay. All four rooms feature a spacious double bed (160x200) and a modern bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. One of the rooms is conveniently located on the ground floor, while another room offers a flexible sleeping arrangement with a king bed (180x200) that can be separated into two twin beds (90x200).

Surrounding our property is a picturesque one-hectare park, where you can enjoy outdoor dining areas equipped with a barbecue, a wooden terrace furnished with a table and garden furniture, and a designated parking space. As an added bonus, a charming chalet housing a fully-equipped kitchen (including a sink, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, and fridge-freezer) is at your disposal.

The magnificent sandy beach of Anse du Croc, adorned with dunes, is just a short 600-meter stroll away, offering breathtaking views of Cape Fréhel, its lighthouse, and Vauban tower. Our location is ideal, nestled between Cap Fréhel and Cap d'Erquy, and the nearby customs trail showcases awe-inspiring landscapes. From your room, a convenient path will lead you to the sea and the GR34 hiking trail in just 10 minutes.

Our house is also conveniently situated at the starting point of the scenic cycle route and greenway No. 4 in Brittany. Surrounded by a remarkable natural area, our beautifully renovated country house, crafted from pink sandstone, provides a stunning view of a lush wooded valley, nourished by natural springs. It's the perfect setting for a tranquil stay amidst verdant surroundings that invite relaxation, exploration, and rejuvenation.

There are numerous captivating sites to visit in the area, including the town of Erquy (11 km away), renowned for its scallop fishing and sea connections to the enchanting island of Bréhat. Additionally, the art and history cities of Saint-Malo (a gateway to the islands of Jersey or Guernsey) and Dinan are located just 40 km away, while the iconic Mont-Saint-Michel is within reach at only 80 km.

Within a three-kilometer radius, the local tourist office offers a wide range of activities to suit your desires, be it relaxation, sports, or cultural pursuits.
