This furnished apartment on the 1st floor of a villa offers a pleasant southwest exposure. It features a private terrace and parking space for convenience. The apartment provides bed sheets and towels for guests. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

The apartment consists of two rooms, one facing east and the other southwest, both equipped with a comfortable double bed. The bathroom, located between the rooms, is equipped with a bathtub, sink, and a washing machine. There is a separate toilet for added convenience.

The functional kitchen is well-equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave oven, a 4-ring hob, and a dishwasher. The dining room-living room faces south and offers a beautiful view of the pine forest and the sea. It is furnished with a cozy sofa and a TV for entertainment.

Outside, there is a terrace in the garden that faces southwest, providing stunning views of the Gulf through the surrounding pine forest. The apartment is fully equipped with a washing machine and all necessary dishes and utensils for everyday life.
