The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, independent freezer, wine cellar, hob, hood with external output, microwave with grill, coffee machine (Nespresso De Longhi), and a toaster. Additionally, it includes cookware and a comprehensive service.

The lounge area boasts an open fire fireplace, a comfortable leather sofa, a chair, a standing man figurine, a Tiffany lamp, an oak coffee table, an upright piano, and a Sony HD 32-inch TV with a USB input for movies. The stereo system includes a CD/DVD player and a USB port. Satellite connections (Astra and Hotbird) provide access to over 800 channels.
