The house is situated within a 1.6-hectare park, surrounded by vineyards and a beautiful woodland area. Your relaxation is of utmost importance to us, as we provide a pool, sauna, and a small gym for your enjoyment.

Our three bedrooms, along with their contemporary bathrooms, have been fully renovated to seamlessly blend elegance and comfort while maintaining the charming style of the early 19th century house. During the summer, we organize barbecues and plancha events in the courtyard. In the winter months, the living room and dining room fireplaces create a cozy ambiance that is perfect for unwinding.

Wine enthusiasts will delight in the opportunity to explore the vineyards of Cognac, Pineaux, and the renowned Grands Crus Bordelais. Those who appreciate the history and beauty of our region can venture to the nearby medieval towns, picturesque villages, and the enchanting 11th and 12th-century castles and churches. And for the active individuals, equestrian rides, golf courses, and nearby thermal baths are readily available, ensuring that everyone's interests are catered to.

Pouillac is situated at a distance of 15 km from Montendre, 60 km from Angoulême, and 66 km from Bordeaux.

- If you are traveling from Bordeaux, head towards Angoulême on the A10 motorway towards Paris. Take exit 39B (Angoulême) and continue on the RN 10. Stay on this road until you reach the Pouillac exit. The house is located at the entrance of the village on the left side, just 50 m before the grocery store.

- For those coming from Paris, take the A10 and exit at Poitiers-Sud. Then, follow the RN10 towards Angoulême. Take the Pouillac exit and you will find the house at the entrance of the village on the left side, 50 m before the grocery store.

- If you are coming from the west, take exit 37 (Mirambeau) on the A10. Follow the D730 towards Montendre and Montlieu-La-Garde. At Montlieu-La-Garde, turn left towards Pouillac on the D910. The house will be on your right side, just 50 m after the grocery store.
