On the ground floor, there is a bathroom with a stone basin, washing machine, and WC. Additionally, there is a spacious kitchen with a "mountain spirit" design that is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, hood, induction hob, fondue set, stone grill, squeegee, and seating area.

Moving to the upper floor, which is accessible by a staircase, there is a spacious lounge with a combination of "mountain and industrial spirit" design. This lounge includes a TV with a DVD player, comfortable sofa and armchairs, as well as a decorative fireplace design.

The property also features a master bedroom with a 160x200 bed, a room with two beds (2x90x190), and a mezzanine room with a staircase leading to a sleeping area for two (160x190). Lastly, there is a bathroom on this floor with a bathtub, sink, and toilet.

All three bedrooms have their own private terrace, fully equipped with a table and chairs, barbecue, and sun loungers. These terraces overlook a stream and have access near the stream, under the supervision of parents.
