Welcome to Domaine de Montloubier, a beautifully maintained 19th century stone farmhouse, perfect for holidays, stays, and training courses. Philippe and Marie-Laurence are delighted to invite you to this charming mansion located in southern Ardèche, just 15 minutes away from bathing spots such as LIbie and Ardeche, and 30 minutes from Vallon Pont dArc and Chauvet cave. Surrounded by stunning views of the Ardèche mountains and set within a 5000 m² enclosed park, this comfortable and tastefully decorated farmhouse is an ideal retreat. With private parking and easy access from the Montélimar TGV station (20 km) and bus stop (300 m), Domaine de Montloubier is situated in a sunny and peaceful valley, in a village of 3000 inhabitants, with all amenities within a 4-minute walk from the city center (including shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and doctors).

For larger groups, both cottages can be rented, accommodating up to 24 people. The beautiful vaulted reception room on the ground floor is available for booking and is equipped with tables, sound systems, and a video screen, adjacent to a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerators, a dishwasher, and all the necessary dishes for 40 people.

We also offer weekend visits and discovery packages of the Ardèche. These residential stays take place on select weekends throughout the year, allowing you to explore the region's main attractions while also providing opportunities for relaxation. On Saturday evenings, there is even a dance party. Some of the highlights of the Ardèche include visiting troglodyte houses at Balmes de Montbrun, exploring charming villages like Voguë, Labeaume, and Antraigues, and visiting famous sites such as the Chauvet cave and the Aven dOrgnac cave.

Our cottage "Panorama" can accommodate up to 15 people, while "Montloubier" can accommodate up to 9 people. Both cottages are fully equipped and feature a terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. If desired, catering services can be arranged with a local caterer who specializes in fresh, local produce.

In addition to the stunning surroundings, Philippe, a sports coach, offers fitness activities for guests. There is a dedicated fitness area of 32 m² equipped with weight machines and cardio training equipment, as well as facilities for playing petanque, ping pong, and volleyball/badminton. Hiking and biking enthusiasts can also enjoy access to nearby trails, and bike rentals are available on-site, including eight mountain bikes, five regular bikes, and five hybrid bikes.
