Additionally, the property includes an ancient cellar spanning over 100 m², all situated on a vast plot of over 2 hectares. Surrounded by the picturesque scenery of woods and vineyards of Côtes de Blaye, this house offers a serene and idyllic setting.This historical home, once belonging to a General Farmer of the King, has been recently restored to its original 18th-century charm. The vestibule even dates back to the 16th century, adding to the property's rich history. Nestled in the embrace of nature, this property provides a tranquil escape from the noise of the city. However, should you require any amenities, the village of Saint Ciers, located just 1 km away, offers all necessary shops and conveniences.
