This apartment in Dinard is located on the 1st floor of a small condominium with only 3 apartments, ensuring a quiet and secluded environment. The apartment offers a stunning sea view and spans 60m2 in size.Inside, you will find a fully furnished living room with a TV and free WiFi access. The open kitchen is equipped with all modern amenities, including an induction hob, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and oven. There are two bedrooms, the main bedroom features a comfortable 160cm bed and spacious closets, while the second bedroom has two 90cm beds and a wardrobe.
The apartment includes an ensuite bathroom with a double washbasin, bath with shower, and a washing machine. Additionally, there are separate toilets. For your convenience, the apartment is rented with beds made and towels provided.
Nearby amenities include a bakery just 50m away, and the city center is within a 500m distance, allowing you to easily explore the area on foot. The beautiful beach is also just 50m from the house. If you wish to visit the charming city of St Malo, it is only a 15-minute drive away or you can take a shuttle boat, conveniently located 2 minutes from the apartment.
