Welcome to our charming gite with its own separate entrance. Enjoy a picturesque view of our beautifully landscaped garden and heated swimming pool. Rest assured, our recently renovated rooms offer impeccable cleanliness and utmost comfort with brand new, cozy bedding in a spacious 160 size bed. Each room also includes a private bathroom and toilet for your convenience. Please note that all of our rooms are non-smoking and we do not allow pets.Our fully furnished accommodation, perfect for a maximum of 4 people, is situated within our property and boasts a generous living area of 27m². It features a well-equipped kitchen in the living room, complete with a comfortable sofa bed and a flat screen TV with satellite TNT channels. You will also have access to a washing machine for your laundry needs. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable 140 size bed, while the bathroom includes a WC for your privacy. Step outside onto the covered terrace and enjoy cooking on the plancha grill while basking in the fresh air. For your comfort, an air conditioner is provided, and you can stay connected with our reliable internet connection (either via WIFI or ethernet). Rest easy knowing your vehicle will be secure in our closed parking area.
During your stay, you are welcome to enjoy our shared swimming pool between the hours of 10 am and 7 pm.

Directions
To reach Gujan Mestras from Bordeaux, follow the A63 towards the Arcachon basin. Then, continue onto the A660 in the direction of Gujan Mestras. You will find 13 Sand Lane, 33470 Gujan Mestras at the end of the driveway.
