Welcome to La Relinquière, a charming bed and breakfast and cottage located in the medieval village of Milhac. Situated in the picturesque region of Lot, La Relinquière is steeped in history and surrounded by stunning landscapes. Conveniently located at the intersection of the main tourist routes of Quercy and Périgord, our property offers a warm welcome from hosts Isabelle and Patrick.

La Relinquière is a beautifully restored farmhouse, built with traditional Perigord stones in the late 18th century. With its rich heritage and idyllic setting, our property features three charming guest rooms, each classified as 3 ears, and a spacious cottage that can accommodate 4 to 5 people. All guests have access to a delightful heated pool, maintained at a comfortable temperature of 26 to 28 °C.

Nestled in the heart of Milhac, our farmhouse is ideally situated between the breathtaking regions of Perigord Gourdon in Lot and Sarlat-la-Caneda in Dordogne. Within close proximity, you'll find some of the most renowned sites in Quercy and Perigord, including the Cougnac and Lascaux Caves, the panoramic views of Domme, the medieval town of Gourdon in Lot, the enchanting village of Laroque-Gageac, and the impressive castles of Milandes and Castelnaud. Welcome to La Relinquière, a charming cottage located in the medieval village of Milhac, nestled between Sarlat and Gourdon in the scenic regions of Le Quercy and Perigord. This recently renovated farmhouse, typical of the area, offers a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The cottage, an independent building from the 18th century, boasts approximately 100m² of living space spread across two levels. On the first level, you'll find a cozy living room with a wood stove set in a traditional fireplace known as a "cantou," a fully equipped kitchen-dining room that opens onto a private terrace where you can enjoy your meals, a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a bathroom, and a separate toilet.

Ascending to the second level, you'll discover a games room with a television and a sofa-bed (measuring 80 x 190), as well as a spacious bedroom furnished with two single beds (90 x 190), which can be transformed into a double bed (180) upon request.

To ensure your comfort, we provide a range of amenities, including freshly made beds upon your arrival, a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, dryer, ironing board, iron, weekly linen change, and a crib upon request. Enjoy entertainment with the TV and DVD player, and stay connected with our wifi.

After exploring the picturesque surroundings, take a refreshing dip in the inviting swimming pool to unwind and rejuvenate. Pool hours are conveniently posted in the rental agreement.

Directions

If you are traveling from the northern part of France, take the A20 motorway and exit at Souillac. From there, follow the signs to Le Roc, then Masclat and Milhac.

If you are coming from Toulouse, take the A20 motorway and exit at the first exit for Cahors south. Follow the signs for Brive and at the Rhodes Bridge exit, turn left towards St Cirq Souillaguet. When you reach Gourdon, take the direction towards Sarlat and after the ponds, pay attention to the signs for Milhac, especially if it is raining.
