This charming cottage can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people and offers a cozy atmosphere with its stone walls tastefully adorned with wooden accents.

On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a delightful old chimney, spanning 15 square meters. The spacious living room features a fireplace insert and a sofa bed for 2 people, covering an area of 40 square meters. Additionally, there is a bathroom and a separate toilet on this level.

Moving up to the first floor, you will discover a generously sized master bedroom with a double bed and space for a baby cot, covering 25 square meters. The second bedroom features two single beds, spanning 15 square meters.

Outside, there is a convenient outbuilding for storage, perfect for bicycles and a canoe, which also includes a washing machine and a clothes drying area. The cottage is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden measuring 800 square meters, enclosed by a charming hedge made of woodland shrubs.

Directions

To reach St Brieuc, you can take either N12 or E50. To travel towards Lanvollon Paimpol, you should take D6. Once you reach Lanvollon, follow the signs for Paimpol on D7. When you enter Paimpol, avoid taking the direction towards Lézardrieux Tréguier on D786 at the roundabout. Instead, continue straight and take the direction towards Penhoat (about ¾ around the roundabout). After approximately 4 km, you will see a sign for the Penhoat hamlet. Take the first left after 200m. After 1 km, you will come across a sign for Danot. Take the left turn at the intersection after 100m. TY LEFF house is located 100m ahead on the left, with the address number 10.
