There are three studio rooms available. The first room is a spacious 24m² bedroom with a kitchen area and a salon featuring a comfortable sofa. Additionally, there is a separate shower room and toilet. The second room is a cozy 10m² mezzanine with a 140 cm bed. Furthermore, each studio comes with a private terrace and garden furniture for your relaxation and enjoyment.Description for Gite
We have two charming cottages available for your stay. Each cottage is 55 m² in size and features a bedroom with a comfortable 140 cm bed and two bunk beds specially designed for children (all with brand new bedding). The bathroom offers a modern Italian shower, and there is a separate toilet for your convenience. The living room is equipped with a cozy lounge area and a dining space, as well as a well-equipped kitchenette including a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave oven, an induction hob, an electric oven, a kettle, a Carte Noire coffee machine, and all necessary dishes.Additionally, we have a larger cottage of approximately 65 m². This cottage offers two bedrooms, one with a spacious 140 cm bed and the other with two comfortable 90 cm single beds (both with new bedding). The toilet area includes a convenient walk-in shower and separate toilet. Similar to the smaller cottages, the living room boasts a relaxing lounge area and a dining space, along with a fully-equipped kitchenette featuring a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave oven, an induction hob, an electric oven, a kettle, a Carte Noire coffee machine, and all necessary dishes.
During your stay, you can enjoy free wifi and parking facilities in our courtyard. Each cottage also has its own private entrance and terrace, complete with garden furniture for your relaxation (availability may vary depending on the season).
Please note that access to the laundry room is only permitted for stays of one week or longer. We have made every effort to keep our rates affordable, but due to the rising cost of energy, we kindly request that guests be mindful of their consumption. We reserve the right to charge a supplement if excessive consumption is observed (daily meter checks will be conducted).
Unfortunately, we do not accept pets at our establishment.

L'ora des Marais
Agréable pause dans un écrin de verdure sur notre parcours de vacances. Nous avons découvert une magnifique propriété entretenue avec soin, des gîtes décorés avec goût pour une ambiance apaisante. Merci à Valérie et Marc pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur générosité.

Gîte très bien situé pour visiter la Vendée, propriétaires très accueillants, discrets. Cadre magnifique dans la campagne tout en étant proche des grandes surfaces et des restaurants. Gîte décoré avec amour, excellente literie, avec tout les ustensiles de cuisine (sauf le grille-pain) , très cosy et confortable. Séjour très apprécié. Merci à vous

Upon reaching NANTES, proceed onto the A83 motorway in the direction of Bordeaux. Take exit N ° 7 towards LUCON. Continue straight, passing through St Jean de Beugne and Ste Gemme La Plaine. At the crossroads, follow the signs for Fontenay le comte. After 300m, take the small road on the right. At the stop sign, make a left turn. Our location will be 500m ahead on the right.
