Situated in a charming hamlet in the heart of the Combrailles region, our beautifully furnished 2 bedroom apartment is conveniently located near Saint Gervais d'Auvergne. It offers a tranquil retreat, allowing you to recharge and immerse yourself in the breathtaking landscapes that surround us.

Awarded three stars by Thermauvergne, our accommodation is perfect for those seeking a thermal cure experience. The apartment features stunning stone walls and solid wood furniture, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere for your stay.

Although attached to our house, the apartment is completely independent and can comfortably accommodate 2 people (with the possibility of accommodating 1 infant). It boasts an open kitchen with a table and 3 chairs, equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and all necessary kitchenware.

The bedroom is furnished with a 140-sized bed and a corner sofa, complete with a television and ADSL internet access. The kitchenette seamlessly merges with the bedroom/living room area, creating a spacious and functional studio-like space.

Additional amenities include a closet and a bathroom with a large shower, washbasin, and toilet, along with ample storage space. Upon request, we can provide an umbrella bed, a high chair, and a chair for your convenience.

For your shopping and dining needs, St Gervais d'Auvergne is only 2.5 kilometers away, offering a range of shops, restaurants, and services. Linen rental is also available upon request.

Outside, you can enjoy a furnished terrace with a table, chairs, deck chairs, parasol, and barbecue, allowing you to fully embrace the outdoors. Our property also features a spacious plot for you to explore and unwind.

Payment can be made by check or cash. A deposit of 20% of the rental price is required upon booking, and a security deposit of 350 will be requested upon key handover, which will be fully refunded after the departure inventory.
