Start your day with a delicious breakfast that includes homemade jams, sourdough bread, homemade yogurt, and fresh seasonal fruits.

At the table d'hôtes, every meal is prepared with homemade ingredients, including the ice cream. We use locally sourced products from our organic garden and the surrounding region.

During your stay, you'll have the opportunity to meet our friendly donkeys, Lilly and Charly, who love carrots and hard bread. We also have three cats and two dogs named Choco and Licorice.

Surrounded by nature, our property provides easy access to the greenway, an old railway track restored for pedestrians and cyclists, located just 900m away. It offers a shaded path for leisurely walks to nearby towns such as Condom or Lagraulet. Additionally, the leisure park of Gondrin (5kms) provides a great spot for swimming, with its giant slides, wave pool, and paddling pool. The park also offers shaded areas for picnics.

Nearby attractions include the Cistercian church of Mouchan (1.2kms), the Abbey of Flaran (13kms), the collegiate church of La Romieu (15kms), and the fortified village of Larressingle (5kms). Don't miss the lively Latino tempo in Vic-Fezensac, featuring musical nights and night markets.

Description for Gite

Experience the beauty of nature in our peaceful gite, surrounded by lush greenery and offering stunning views of the picturesque gersoises hills. Adjacent to a restored cellar, our charming gite spans 80m2 across two levels and features a private terrace and parking. Guests also have free access to our expansive 25000m2 garden.

Inside, the gite boasts a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a cozy living room with a comfortable double sofa bed. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed on the ground floor and the other with three single beds on the upper level. The bathroom includes a shower, two basins, storage space, and a washing machine. Additionally, there is a separate toilet.

Our gite is equipped with modern amenities including a fridge/freezer, extractor hood, induction hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and crockery. We also provide board games for entertainment.

The price for renting the gite is 425 EUR per week during July and August (weeks 30-31-32-33). From week 34 onwards, the rate is 300 EUR per week. Please note that linen and towels are not provided. Weekend stays are available outside of July and August and can be arranged upon request.

Prior to departure, guests are kindly asked to leave the gite clean. Payment for the rental requires a 30% deposit upon booking, with the balance due on the day of arrival. A security deposit of 250 EUR is also required to cover any potential damages. We accept payment in the form of holiday vouchers, cash, bank transfers, and checks in euros.

During your stay, you'll have the pleasure of meeting our two friendly donkeys, as well as our two dogs and three cats. We kindly ask that you refrain from bringing any outside animals as a result.

There are plenty of leisure activities to enjoy in the area during the summer. Just 5km away, you'll find the Gondrin Aquatic Park, which offers 4500m2 of swimming, four slides, a wave pool, and a paddling pool. Castéra-Verduzan is home to thermal baths, a casino, a racecourse, and a recreation area with a supervised beach and water slide. The Condom Aqualudique Recreation Center and canoeing opportunities in Condom and Beaucaire are also nearby. Don't miss the Larressingle Medieval Camps and the various medieval festivals taking place throughout the summer. Hiking trails and a restored railway turned greenway offer additional opportunities for outdoor adventures.

For those interested in cultural heritage, there are numerous sites to explore including Larresingle, Abbey of Flaran, Cathedral of Condom, Bastide de Fourcès, Collegiate Church of the Romieu, Cistercian church of Mouchan, Castle of Cassaigne, Lavardens Castle, the Museum of d'Artagnan in Lupiac, and Nogaro. Other activities include accrobranches in Cauderoue and the Latino Tempo festival in Vic-Fezensac, the largest Latin music festival in Europe. Jazz enthusiasts can attend the Marciac Jazz Festival, while country music lovers can enjoy the festival in Mirande. Condom hosts musical nights from July to September, and there are night markets held in July and August.

Directions

If you are coming from Condom, head towards d'Eauze. Continue until you reach Mouchan. As you exit Mouchan, cross the LOsse bridge and turn right onto the first road that leads up towards Vc Hillasse. Drive for approximately 1.2 kilometers, and you will reach your destination: the first house on your right with red shutters.
