Located in the peaceful countryside amidst the enchanting woods and lakes of Brenne, our rooms offer a serene getaway just 8 km from Argenton sur Creuse and 5 km from THENAY. Immerse yourself in the beauty of nature and get to know our friendly animals, including horses, ponies, and a donkey. Explore the surrounding area on foot or by bike with numerous walking and cycling paths available (information provided on-site). Our team will be delighted to assist you with recommendations for activities, sightseeing spots, and restaurants. Enjoy our garden facilities, including a barbecue (charcoal not provided), outdoor tables and chairs, and various outdoor games such as table tennis. Bicycles are also available for rental upon request.

Description for Gite

Our guest rooms are located in a separate section of our terraced house, providing independent external access. There are a total of four bedrooms, with two on the ground floor and two on the upper floor.

The "Poppies" room is situated on the ground floor and can accommodate two people with a comfortable double bed (140 cm). The room is adorned in the vibrant colors of the harvest and offers a private toilet in the corridor. The bathroom, equipped with a bathtub and shower, is shared with other guests on the upper floor.

On the upper floor, you will find the "L'Oree du Bois" room, which can accommodate up to four people. The room features a double bed (140 cm) and two additional beds (90 cm) on a mezzanine level. The decor is inspired by autumn woods and sunflower fields. Guests can enjoy a private bathroom with a shower and toilet, and benefit from an independent external access. This room can also be rented for two or three people.

Also on the upper floor, the "Clay Brenne" room is designed for two people with a comfortable double bed (160 cm). The room is decorated in the colors of the clay soil found in the Brenne region. The bathroom, equipped with a bathtub, shower, and toilet, is shared with the "Poppies" room.

Lastly, the "Bruyère" room on the upper floor can accommodate three people with a double bed (160 cm) and an additional single bed (90 cm). The room's decor is inspired by the heaths and moorlands of the Brenne region. Guests can enjoy a private bathroom with a shower and toilet.

It is also possible to rent the "Bruyère" room for two people.

Directions

If you are starting from Paris, take the A20 and exit at exit 18, which is Argenton on Hollow ZI. From there, head towards Luzeret-Prissac on the D55 for 8 kilometers until you reach a stop. At the stop, turn right towards Thenay-St Gaultier. After traveling for 2.4 kilometers, you will come across a place called "Landes." Look for a left panel that says "Guest Rooms of Paillé" located 50 meters away.

If you are coming from Limoges-Toulouse, simply take the A20 and exit at exit 18. Then, follow the same directions as mentioned above.
