I am offering a charming renovated cottage with 4 bedrooms available for rent. These rooms are exclusively available for rent from Sunday evening to Friday morning, with a minimum rental period of 4 nights. Please note that the rooms are not available on weekends or during school holidays, as the entire house is rented out during these periods.

The price for the rooms decreases based on the number of nights rented.

Located in Mégrit, near Dinan, Lamballe, and Saint-Brieuc, this stone farmhouse offers convenient access to nearby shops. The house is situated just 150m from the church square and bakery, and a supermarket is only 300m away (open on Sunday mornings). Larger supermarkets can be found 7km away.

The cottage features 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers, which are shared between 2 rooms. Additionally, there are 2 toilets available. The large living room-kitchen area is equipped with 3 flat screen TVs (82 cm), a comfortable sofa, and WiFi internet. A beautiful fireplace, designed for grilling, and a wood stove add to the cozy ambiance. The kitchen is well-equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, large toaster, Senseo coffee machine, and traditional coffee maker. The kitchen also provides ample crockery and kitchen utensils.

Outside, there is a 35m2 deck with an electric awning, furnished with garden furniture for up to 10 people during the appropriate season. A barbecue and deck chairs are also available. The property offers 4 parking spaces.

There are 3 rooms available for rent at a rate of 35 Euros per night, featuring beds measuring either 180 * 200 or 160 * 200. Additionally, there is a smaller fourth room with two beds measuring 140 * 200, priced at 30 Euros per night. Bed linen and all charges are included, and there is no city tax. Each room provides storage for clothes and a wardrobe.
