This spacious gite offers a comfortable living room with a fully equipped kitchenette for your convenience. The kitchenette includes a fridge/freezer, induction plates, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and all necessary dishes. Adjacent to the kitchenette is a dining area with a table and five chairs. In the living area, there is a sofa bed with a comfortable mattress, an armchair, and a TV with DVD player. WIFI is also available.

The gite features a large bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm). The beds are already made upon your arrival, and towels are provided (please bring your own towels for the pool). The bathroom includes a shower, sink, and toilet.

For your convenience, the gite also provides a laundry room with a washing machine, ironing board, and iron. All necessary cleaning supplies are available.

Guests have access to a spacious 4000m2 park with a playground, bicycles, and outdoor games. Additionally, there is a communal pool (5x10m2) that is heated from June to September. The pool is treated with sea salt, ensuring a chlorine-free experience. There is also a hot shower and toilet by the pool area.

Directions

If you are traveling from the north of France, it is recommended to follow the A87 motorway from Angers-Cholet, then switch to the A83 motorway and take exit 8 towards La Rochelle at Fontenay le Comte.
If you are coming from the south of France, take the A11 and shortly after Niort, switch to the A83 motorway. Exit at Fontenay le Comte, specifically exit 8 towards La Rochelle.
Our location is just 5 km away from junction 8 of the A83, which is incredibly convenient!
