Cannes City B & B is a charming guest house located in the western area of Cannes, just a 5-minute walk from the beach. It is conveniently situated only 12 minutes away by bus from the festival palace and the old town.

We provide two cozy and well-appointed rooms with a range of amenities and services included for your comfort.

Start your day with our delicious breakfast, featuring a delightful selection of homemade sweet and savory options such as freshly baked bread, yogurt, homemade jam, fresh fruit salad, pastries, and cereals. From April to September, you can enjoy this scrumptious meal on our balcony, offering a truly magical experience.

Additionally, we offer a variety of complimentary services to enhance your stay. These include bathrobes, toiletries, access to a washing machine and dryer, bicycles for exploring the area, high-quality linens, as well as tea, coffee, still and sparkling water.

How to get to our house? Comment venir chez nous?

From Nice Côte d'Azur Airport:
1. By bus Airport Express:
- From Nice, buses run between 8am and 11pm.
- From Cannes bus station, buses run between 7am and 8pm.
- At the terminal bus station in Cannes, take bus 1, 2, or 20 to the market place of Cannes La Bocca (approximately 10 minutes). If possible, we can pick you up from the station for free (please inquire by email).
- Price: €20 one way or €30 return.
- Total travel time: about 1.5 hours.

2. By limousine service:
- Price: approximately €100 one way.
- Total travel time: about 40 minutes.

3. By train (TER):
- From Nice, trains run between 5:44am and 11:47pm.
- From Cannes, trains run between 5:30am and 11:30pm.
- Price: €5.80 to €9.60 one way.
- From Terminal 1, take the free shuttle to the "Arénas" stop. Then, walk approximately 15 minutes to the train station:
- Cross Avenue Lindbergh and turn left (lycée hôtelier Paul Augier).
- Turn right (boulevard René Cassin) until you reach the traffic light.
- Cross on the left, under the SNCF bridge (route de Grenoble), and turn right (avenue Edouard Grinda) to reach the train station.
- Take the train to Cannes La Bocca station.
- Follow the main road to the city center (avenue Francis Tonner) on your left. You will reach the house in approximately 15 minutes on foot. If possible, we can pick you up with the car for free at the train station (please inquire by email).
- Total travel time: about 2 hours.

4. By homemade pickup service:
- We can pick you up at the airport at your arrival time. Look for your name on a paper in the luggage delivery area.
- Contribution costs: €30 (for gas, tolls, etc.). The airport is approximately 35 km from the house.
- Please inquire by email, as this service is only available if I am not working during your arrival time.
- Total travel time: about 35 minutes.

Local Transport:
- Bus lines:
- To Cannes center: N°1 Palm Express, N°2 Palm bus, N°2° Palm bus.
- Night buses: N1, N2, N20 (operate from midnight until 3am, one bus each hour). A taxi ride during the night costs about €12-€15 from Cannes.
- To Le Cannet Center: N°11 Palm bus.
- To Grasse: N°610 Tam bus.
- Train station:
- Cannes La Bocca station: connections to various destinations from Italy to Marseille (easy access to Nice center: 35 minutes, Monaco center: 60 minutes, St Tropez center: 45 minutes, Antibes center: 15 minutes...). You can also reach Vintimille, the closest Italian city, for the big Friday market in 1 hour and 15 minutes by train.
