The house is conveniently located only 4 km away from the shops in Benodet and Concarneau, where you can find a casino and spa facilities. Both resorts have a vibrant summer calendar filled with exciting events. The Penty features 3 bedrooms, accommodating a maximum of 7 people. The terrace offers a lovely garden setting facing south, perfect for soaking up the sun. Private parking is available on the premises and can accommodate multiple cars.
