Introducing the new holiday cottage "Aux Pays des sucs" at Chazes Farm! Situated in a serene green area away from busy roads and neighboring houses, this charming cottage is nestled in the heart of the "Sucs" (volcanic domes), offering breathtaking views of the Emblavez Valley from its elevated position 900 meters above sea level.

This authentic little paradise boasts a spacious 250m² house, with half of it occupied by the owners and the other half dedicated to the holiday cottage. The cottage is located on the ground floor, with an independent room and an activities area on the upper level.

Despite its peaceful location, we are conveniently close to major towns in Haute-Loire. Just a short drive away, you'll find Le Pertuis, Saint-Hostien, the national road 88, Ysingeaux, the Meygal cross-country skiing hall, Saint Julien Chapteuil, Le Puy-en-velay, and the Les Estables ski resort.

Children will have a blast in our unique activities area, which includes a climbing wall, a mini skateboard ramp, a table soccer, a treehouse with a valley view, a swing for the little ones, and even a nearby Via Ferrata in Le Pertuis.

The holiday cottage itself offers a comfortable and inviting space, featuring an open-concept kitchen and living room with a cozy wood-burning stove. The main room also includes a leather sofa and chair, a large dining table with six chairs, and a night area with a king-size bed. Additionally, there is an independent bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed, shower, and sink, as well as an independent bedroom upstairs with a king-size bed, shower, and sink. A WC is conveniently located on the ground floor.

Outdoor relaxation is made easy with a 20m² patio on the ground floor and a spacious 50m² patio upstairs. The cottage is surrounded by 3500m² of land, providing ample space to roam and enjoy nature.

Pets are more than welcome to join your holiday experience. We also have a large baker oven available for use, perfect for making wood-fired pizzas. Other amenities include a barbecue, deck chairs, garden furniture, TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi, and a washing machine. Sheets and towels are provided for your convenience.

This idyllic location truly feels like a little paradise.

The cottage itself is spacious, with a total area of 250m². Half of the space is occupied by the owners, while the other half is dedicated to the holiday cottage. The ground floor features a fully independent room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a cozy living room with a wood-burning stove. Upstairs, there is another independent bedroom and an activities area.

Despite its secluded setting, our cottage is conveniently located near major towns in Haute-Loire. Le Pertuis, Saint-Hostien, and the national road 88 are just a 5-minute drive away. Ysingeaux, the Meygal cross-country skiing hall, and Saint Julien Chapteuil can be reached in 10 minutes. The historic city of Le Puy-en-Velay is only 15 minutes away, and the Les Estables ski resort is just 30 minutes away.
