This charming Charente house from 1875 offers a delightful single level gîte, perfect for your vacation. It is attached to the owners' residence, providing a sense of security and convenience. The gîte features a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable living room with electric heating included in the charges. A shower room with WC is available, along with a cozy bedroom that includes a double bed and a single bed.

You will have access to a shared garden, as well as a private area and terrace for your enjoyment. Parking is also available for your convenience. Additionally, there is a shared swimming pool on the private property which is heated from April to October, ensuring a pleasant swim during your stay.

To make your stay even more enjoyable, the gîte provides essential amenities such as bed linen, towels, and household supplies. If you wish, house cleaning can be arranged upon request for a fee of 13 €/h. For families with young children, a canvas cot and high chair can be provided upon request.
