Description:

Description for B&B:

This art deco style villa, designed by architect George Letélié (Prix de Rome) and executed by the city architect of La Rochelle, Pierre Grizet, in the 1950s, is brimming with historical significance. Following a comprehensive renovation in early 2016, we have meticulously preserved the building's identity by retaining its original features and incorporating them into a modern and exotic ambiance adorned with various tropical plants.

Situated close to the heart of the old city, including the vibrant Place de Verdun, Vieux Port, and Competition Beach, Villa Verde offers a tranquil haven away from the bustling center. Nestled in its own little garden, our villa provides a serene and relaxing atmosphere, ensuring a successful and enjoyable stay.

As a Franco-Brazilian couple, we take great pleasure in welcoming you to our guest house, which boasts an ideal location for exploring the wonders of La Rochelle. Our utmost desire is to provide you with a peaceful and hospitable environment, where you will quickly feel at home.
